Executive Coach & Facilitator
My own meditation and mindfulness journey began at the early age of 20, when I decided to become a Monk.
For 7 years, I lived in Silence, Meditation, and Study.
It is often said that "a Monk can leave the Monastery, but the Monastery never leaves the Monk". My subsequent journey took me into Mental Health Nursing for 5 years, and working as a Learning & Organisational Development Practitioner and Consultant for 15+ years across different workplace sectors in the UK and Australia - however, through it all, at heart, I remained monastic in my moment-to-moment practices.
It's time to share these treasured practices. I understand from personal experience as an employee, facilitator, and consultant at different stages of my professional life, how meditation and mindfulness works to the absolute benefit of individuals, teams, and organisations. Some of these benefits include:
Increased staff engagement and connection to the organisational vision.
A positive outlook on life, and ownership of one's mental health and wellbeing.
The ability to better manage typical stress-based workplace emotions and to find one's internal equilibrium & balance.
In recent times, we have seen an increased focus on mental health and well-being given the impact of isolation.
My aim is to work with individuals and teams to develop and build greater employee and organisational self-awareness through meditation, so that all are enabled to move through the working day with confidence, and at their best.
Workplace Meditation Can Help Your Employees (re)connect with themselves and each other.
From as far back as when the phrase the 'Collective Unconscious' was first introduced by Psychiatrist, Carl Jung, Meditation practice has been recognised as an indispensable tool for bringing feelings of 'aliveness', 'vibrancy', and a sense of 'internal balance', to people, teams, and organisations. Meditation is used to control anxiety, reduce stress, and generate kindness, ensuring re-connection, importantly, with oneself, and therefore, in a more meaningful way, with others in the workplace.
Our corporate meditation programs are designed to facilitate you taking time to step aside, and outside the busyness of the work environment through practices that re-connect you with your (1) mind, (2) body, and (3) emotions, also known as 'The Portals' of Emotional Intelligence (EI).
This approach creates and build a greater sense of self-awareness, a calmer mind, and a lengthier attention span, surfaced from connecting with the total human person, for immediate application in the workplace, and beyond!
Our meditation programs are delivered LIVE, Face-To-Face and/or Virtually, to large, medium, or small teams, and are tailored to suit your company's culture and people initiatives.
Sessions are typically guided, with opportunities for Q&A's to deep-dive and explore practices and themes underpinning the session.
Our aim is to provide organisations with simple tools for staying connected to the total human person - understood as mind, body and emotion, so that employees are enabled to be fully themselves at work, and therefore better able to perform, with grace, effortlessness, and new focus.
Your colleagues will be able to apply meditative practices back in the workplace, to great effect - at ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, without ANYONE needing to know. This is mindfulness.
An enhanced ability for the brain to form new connections and to learn new ways of doing and being.
Increased self-awareness and a greater ability to manage the internal critic, also known as 'self-talk' or 'super-ego', leading to improved self-belief.
Self management abilities, leading to greater ownership & accountability, and therefore improved decision-making.
A lengthier attention span and increased mental focus.
Increased self-love, personal well-being, and a connection to team and organisational goals.
Improved intra and inter-personal skills and an ability to form and build relationships that last.

Extended Q&A
I have had the opportunity to participate in several corporate mindfulness/ meditation sessions run by Jude-Martin. It is immediately evident that Jude has a deep expertise in this space. His deep sense of calm combined with his professional approach led to impactful sessions where participants commented on subsequently feeling a greater sense of clarity and peace.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jude-Martin as a facilitator in this space.
Jude-Martin, a PhD candidate at the University of Notre Dame Australia, gave a guest lecture on Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Meditation skills & practices for my students.
His approach, ability to connect, and the simplicity of the tools he used to teach, facilitated a deep interest, and terrific influence on my students.
I recommend Jude-Martin for his expertise in leadership driven by his experiences as a Monk, which deeply impacts his Emotional Intelligence & Meditation Practices.
"Jude-Martin's corporate meditation sessions are well suited to anyone from the most experienced practitioner to complete novice. The bespoke session he ran for us, offered profound insights into the practice of mindfulness, informed by his years as a practicing Monk, including both a guided meditation and Q&A.
There were lots of helpful takeaways and I'd highly recommend Jude-Martin for groups looking for something much more than run of the mill."
"Jude-Martin delivered an insightful team session on Mindfulness & Meditation that we found interactive, highly informative and engaging. Jude-Martin took the time to understand our business prior to the session, which made the content of the tailored workshop more impactful, relevant, meaningful.
The workshop was filled with powerful, pragmatic methods directed at stress management, increasing self-awareness, and strengthening communication skills that could be effectively applied anywhere, anytime, both in workplace and in our personal lives."
